“Is this even legal?”
→ Yes. Every parcel comes from official motel liquidation auctions. Legally it's classified as unclaimed property. Emotionally — that’s a different story.

“What if it’s just random mystery box type junk?”
→ Each parcel is purchased as-is from motel liquidation and L&F clearances - That means we don’t assemble — we recover. It’s not a product. It’s someone’s story.
We don’t ship trash. Only selected items that clearly didn’t belong to the room after checkout. If it looks boring — it doesn’t go in.

“What if I never receive anything?”
→ Every shipment goes out with a tracked delivery number. Lost nights happen. Lost parcels don’t.

“Will the courier know what it is?”
→ No logos. No “Secret Motel” on the outside. Just a plain, neutral package. The secret begins only after opening.

“Can I return it if I change my mind?”
→ Yes. You have 30 days to send it back if you decide the mystery isn’t for you. We process refunds with no questions asked.
